Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Joshua Mellor – founder of Permax Recruitment.
After nearly a decade in healthcare recruitment, I saw an opportunity to build something: a recruitment company rooted in honesty, hard work, and straight-talking results. That’s how Permax was born.
Initially falling in to recruitment (like so many) after completing my Law Degree, I’ve since successfully recruited thousands of candidates and pride myself on good communication and long lasting relationships.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me on the golf course, going for a run, or watching some sort of sport.
