Candidate Referral
Know someone who’s looking for their next opportunity? Refer them to us and if we place them in a role, you’ll receive a cash reward of £200 to £500, depending on the job and the client.

✅ Referred candidates must not already be on our database
✅ Payment is made once the candidate passes their rebate period

Client/Company Referral
Introduce us to a company hiring, and if we make a successful placement with them, you’ll receive:
£250 for the first placement
£150 for each additional placement, up to 10 placements

✅ The referred company must not be an existing or previously active client
✅ Payment is made after the placement is confirmed and the invoice is settled
